This is an original FOREST TOKYO color, crafted by upcycling surplus leather that is left over when reupholstering the seats and interiors of luxury cars—leather that would otherwise have been discarded.
Leather used in automotive interiors is required to have not only beauty, but also the quality to withstand daily friction and temperature changes. Instead of discarding these fine materials, we use them for items you use with your dog every day. We carefully tailor each piece by hand, taking advantage of the texture and vibrant colors of the material.
AUTOMOTIVE LEATHER
We use leather of the grade adopted for the seats and interiors of automobiles, including luxury European cars.
Because the material is intended for use in the harsh environment of a car interior, it is characterized by its excellent durability and relative resistance to water. We have combined the practicality of everyday use during walks with the unique texture of high-quality leather.
*It is not completely waterproof. If it gets wet, wipe off the moisture and dry it in a well-ventilated place.
UPCYCLE
When manufacturing or reupholstering car seats and interiors, some leather remains unused due to size or shape constraints, even if there is nothing wrong with its quality.
At FOREST TOKYO, we effectively utilize such surplus leather that was originally scheduled to be discarded. We don't just use new leather; we give new value to high-quality materials that already exist. We aimed to create products that can stay by your side and your dog's side for a long time.

You can choose your favorite color from 10 options for the "FOREST TOKYO" embossed leather tag that attaches to the collar.
Coordinate it with the same color as the collar, or use a vibrant color as an accent. Since the impression changes significantly depending on the combination, you can enjoy customizing it to match your dog's coat color or their daily outfits. The gold-colored hardware elegantly enhances the texture of the leather.
